Flags runs of consecutive sentences that are all roughly the same word count.
What It Does
Measures sentence lengths and detects runs of 5+ sentences where each is within ±3 words of its neighbors. Reports the average length and run duration.
Why It Matters
Varied sentence length is the secret rhythm of good prose. Short sentences punch. Longer sentences flow and pull the reader through complex ideas. When every sentence is 12-15 words, the rhythm flatlines.
